Accounts Assistant

The main responsibilities of the role would be:

  • Day to day bookkeeping and maintenance of the financial records for the Group
  • Compiling reports and summaries for the senior management team on key activity
  • Day to day processing of Sales invoices and Purchase Invoices, including credit control
  • Reviewing and maintenance of the Sales and Purchase ledger reconciliations and reporting
  • Entering financial information into appropriate software programs
  • Processing of Expenses
  • Experience of completing Bank reconciliations
  • Provide assistance and support to client services teams to ensure job and process efficiency

Who will you be?

  • Must have experience of working with Xero software
  • Knowledge of Dext / Receipt Bank preferable
  • Knowledge of VAT return completion is not an essential but a benefit
  • Experience of completing Bank reconciliations
  • Ideally you will be qualified or part AAT qualified
