Eastside Co is a growing and ambitious agency based in London, Birmingham and Hamburg. We’re an ecommerce agency that specialises in Shopify and offers a broad range of creative services, from UX strategy to digital product design and creative content. We attract some of the most enviable brands in the industry and work in diverse sectors, ranging from fashion and lifestyle to food and beverage and automotive. We create branded ecommerce experiences that function efficiently and are particularly proud of our work for Lazy Oaf, Route One and VW.

We’re searching for an experienced, hands-on Sales Manager to join our rapidly expanding sales team. Our sales process is based on the MEDDICC methodology, and we have loads of leads to work on from inbound activity generated by our marketing team and leads from established long-term partnerships.

You will need to be highly driven, but most importantly, you must have proven results in enterprise eCommerce solution selling.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound enquiries on a daily basis, and creating a strong pipeline of open opportunities
  • Understanding clients requirements, being able to make suitable suggestions based on e-commerce experience and previous work within our portfolio
  • Completing scope of works with our pre-sales resources based on information gathered from conversations and RFP’s provided by prospects
  • To effectively communicate and sell in the core services sold by Eastside Co - Website Design and Development, Digital Marketing and Retained Support
  • Responsible for creating and presenting proposal documents
  • Liaising with other members of the team to put together accurate quotations for the elements related to the scope of work
  • Creating and maintaining a sales focussed environment encouraging and mentoring junior team members to meet and exceed agency and individual targets

  • You’ll be a natural relationship builder with the ‘gift of the gab’, ensuring that clients have complete confidence in you and the agency
  • An enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude who can bring spirit and passionate to a sales culture and implement ideas to motivate a team to exceed targets
  • You’ll be able to demonstrate strong e-commerce knowledge, with experience of Shopify preferable
  • Confidence to handle phone calls and face to face meetings with senior / director prospective clients
  • Digital marketing knowledge would be ideal - PPC, SEO etc

The salary for the role would be circa £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus a generous uncapped commission structure. (OTE £75,000+)

We are flexible and open to candidates from all areas of the UK. We work primarily from home but you are welcome to work from our London or Birmingham office twice per week.
