Eastside Co has established itself as the UK’s leading Shopify Partner, and we’re looking for bright individuals who can help us maintain and grow our reputation for delivering outstanding ecommerce solutions.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be one of the first points of contact with our prospective clients, presenting Eastside Co to a broad range of business customers, from start-ups to multi-million pound enterprises. You’ll be adept at identifying customers’ needs, and solving their problems through Eastside Co’s comprehensive ecommerce strategy services. You’ll take the lead on preparing scoping documents, proposals and project deliverables, along with strategic recommendations to propel their business growth.

You’ll be based in London, working remotely with the full support of our experts, and spending at least one day a month with us at our Birmingham HQ.

A Typical Day

There’s no such thing as a typical day in an agency like Eastside Co, which is why we all love it so much. But whatever you’re working on, you’ll be expected to:

  • Generate your own leads and create a pipeline of opportunities
  • Take responsibility for managing London-based new business
  • Build relationships and networks with potential and existing clients in the London area
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that will assist in achieving revenue targets
  • Plan precise timeframes for new business
  • Demonstrate consistent performance, both meeting and exceeding targets
  • Adopt Eastside Co’s values, ethos and standards, whilst being an ambassador for the company at all times
  • Work in collaboration with project management teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to delivery

Your Skills

We’re looking for the best of the best to help us continue our growth. As standard, you’ll be able to show us evidence of the following:

  • A good understanding of the ecommerce market place, and experience working with ecommerce platforms. Experience with Shopify and Shopify Plus would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Integration of systems such as ERP, ESP, CRM
  • Passion for our vertical markets (fashion, lifestyle, beauty etc.)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Confident in speaking at all levels, from entrepreneurial start-ups to CEOs and CMOs
  • Able to clearly explain Eastside Co’s service offerings
  • Demonstrable sales performance against target
  • Excellent organisation skills and diary management
  • Proactive approach and can-do attitude
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving, able to offer Eastside Co’s services in the context of client’s issues, problems and concerns
  • Good attention to detail
  • Contract and deal negotiation
