What you’ll be doing:

This is a varied role, which covers every aspect of digital marketing. From organic search and SEO, through to CRM management and social media, you’ll be working across multiple disciplines with the aim of raising the agency’s profile and helping generate leads for the sales team.

Assist in the delivery of marketing strategies for Eastside Co, covering a range of marketing tactics from SEO, PPC, social media, email, content, events etc
Work with our Partner platform (Crossbeam) and proactively let salespeople know of lead overlaps with partners
Working knowledge of HubSpot. Specifically workflows, list segmentation, dashboard analytics, deals and reporting
Create email flows and automated campaigns
Be the go-to person for events including coordination, venue bookings etc
Assist with getting feedback from leads on reasons for lost deals
Content creation for email and social media campaigns
Source leads from our app customer base

Who might you be?

We need an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our Commercial team. You’ll have a sound understanding of the marketing channels that drive an overall strategy, and you’ll know how to implement best practice techniques to deliver work that exceeds expectations. You’ll be a self-motivated team player, just as happy working as part of a team as you are cracking on with projects on your own.

Your skills

We’re looking for the best of the best to help us continue our growth. As standard, you’ll:

Have worked extensively in Hubspot
Manage effective activity roadmaps and task lists
Keep on top of digital marketing industry trends
Work proficiently alongside fellow digital marketers
Be familiar with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Crossbeam and other data and analysis tools
Demonstrate the ability to be a strong written and verbal communicator
Show attention to detail, with a methodical approach

The salary for the role would be £21,000 - £23,000 per annum.

We are open to candidates from all areas of the UK as this can either be a fully remote role, or we also offer hybrid working options (2 days per week from either our Birmingham or London office) plus a monthly in-person team meeting.
