We are looking for an ambitious and driven person to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be tasked with taking care of sales enquiries of two departments: small changes and marketing.

You’ll be joining a close and vibrant team in a company that is growing rapidly. This year there will be opportunities for members of staff to work on brand new areas of the business and spend time at our New York offices. And we’re very proud of our foosball skills, beer fridge, great office space and legendary socials.

    Day to day, the successful candidate will:

  • Be punctual, organised and efficient
  • Be able to grow their vertical market
  • Develop and create key relationships with clients in the market
  • Be driven, goal-orientated and ambitious
  • Be passionate and willing to learn, grow and develop within the company
  • Communicate well with clients around the globe via phone, email and skype
  • Meet with prospects and clients face-to-face
  • Strive to offer the best solutions for our clients and set the standards to which ESC adheres
  • Accurately quote and plan precise time-frames for new business
  • Report and track all sales, using our systems with accuracy and consistency
  • Be able to manage their own workload
  • Be confident in negotiating deals

  • Demonstrate consistent performance, sales activity and conduct
  • Achieve quarterly, monthly and weekly sales targets and objectives
  • Adopt Eastside Co’s values, ethos and standards, and be an ambassador for ESC at all times
