Charlie Bunn

With over 15 years of work experience in various HR roles, Charlie is a passionate and strategic Human Resources Director at Eastside Co., and is based between the Birmingham office and our London location. He has a CIPD Level 7 qualification in Strategic People Management, and a Diploma in Counselling that enables him to support and empower employees and managers. His mission is to develop and implement company-wide HR strategies that align with business objectives, foster a positive and inclusive culture, and enhance employee engagement and retention.

Charlie oversees the entire HR function for Eastside Co, covering around 65 staff across the UK and internationally. He provides guidance to senior leaders and stakeholders on HR-related issues, such as reward management, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. He also coordinates and delivers training and development programs, including onboarding, probation, and leadership coaching.
