Enterprise Account Manager

Enterprise level Sales expert to build the client portfolio in the UK, EMEA and beyond. The focus of this role will be to be an outstanding business developer and facilitate our growth in the global markets, through the acquisition of new enterprise merchants and business that builds revenues through ecommerce. The ideal candidate is a hunter who thrives in an autonomous, revenue contributor capacity with a Shopify Plus product.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Working closely with the Commercial Director you will play a key role in the development of Global client relationships, from initial reach-out to the closing of the sale
  • To intimately understand the client’s business priorities and actively position the agency as the supplier of choice for their Shopify Plus platform thereby developing a pipeline of sales opportunities using the MEDDICC methodology
  • Proactively recognise opportunities for additional revenue/sales and take steps to ensure their success (marketing, development support, SaaS, etc.)
  • Engage with our internal marketing team and work closely with our partnerships manager to qualify leads for you to work on

Who will you be?

  • You must have an in depth knowledge and understanding of eCommerce, preferably Shopify (Plus) and the Apps that works on the platform (we will train you in the details and add to your knowledge of course)
  • Being familiar with the MEDDICC sales enterprise model would be hugely beneficial within this role
  • You’ll be a natural networker who loves spotting new opportunities and driving business and revenue growth, and having contacts in the larger eCommerce merchant enterprise sector would only be beneficial to you
  • You have experience of identifying decision-makers and building long-term, successful relationships
  • Wider digital marketing / SEO experience would also be desirable

The salary for the role is £45,000 (+50% OTE) and a generous uncapped commission structure on top once target is met. We are Birmingham and London based but would prefer candidates to be London based for regular client meetings. Apart from client meetings, we offer fully remote / hybrid working options.
