Twenty offers meticulously chosen, globally-sourced brands including Axel Arigato, Bella Freud, Isabel Marant, Paige and Weekend Maxmara. Coupled with their helpful and knowledgeable styling service, their customers are always beautifully dressed.
Twenty’s Shopify website complements the established bricks and mortar boutique. They came to Eastside Co to find ways to improve their digital performance and it was clear that the most effective path was for Eastside Co to conduct a marketing strategy audit to uncover opportunities for improvement.
We delivered a strategic audit across all tactics to understand the business’ position, pain points and performance. The report identifies and prioritises ways to improve online performance across reach, engagement, traffic, advertising, communications and sales, covering:

~ PPC (pay per click)
~ Paid Social (social media advertising) and Organic Social Media
~ Email Marketing
The report examined audience data (including geography, behaviour, demographics), as well as acquisition channels, onsite behaviour, conversion metrics and experience. It provides a deep-dive analysis of current performance, making recommendations for short, medium and long-term improvements.
Once the audit was completed, we implemented all of the recommendations on behalf of the client. Twenty was so happy with the improvements in ecommerce performance that we continued working with them on a retained basis across all marketing tactics, as well as designing and developing a new Shopify store for them.

To further maximise the online potential of Twenty, we recommended that the incumbent site be migrated from WooCommerce across to Shopify and set to work designing a brand new look for the online store.

As part of the Shopify store development it was important to bear in mind that the in-person customer (typically women in their 40 to 60s with more disposable income and a personal shopper) was a different demographic to the online shopper: a younger, more price-conscious customer.
By understanding the customer types, we designed the site to be a destination for the younger demographic and cater for that audience with a more contemporary aesthetic.
We created an intuitive product filter to enable online shoppers to find their desired items quickly and easily.
A Klarna integration with 'buy now pay later' functionality, allowed the brand to connect with customers they wouldn’t normally reach.
Trustpilot was also integrated on the site to help increase social proof through reviews and UGC.
Shopify apps Back in Stock and Cart Convert have also been included - this enables Twenty to stay in touch with customers via stock alerts and also promotes upsell via a ‘complete the look’ section at checkout.
