Clicksit came to Eastside Co to recreate their proposition for the Shopify merchant base through a Clicksit Shopify app. The aim was to replicate all the functionality of the existing product, but make it available to a huge new audience of Shopify merchants.
We built an app to integrate with Shopify's orders and customers. It also automates functionality for merchants: for example it provides a branded returns portal which means customers can easily return their orders without the merchant having to set up anything manually.

A dashboard allows real time tracking of the business’ returns - and the reason for the return to gain insight to reduce them in future. It also has built-in capabilities so it can deal with hundreds of return locations, making it perfect for dropshipping.
Following the successful launch, and the app being well received by merchants (with 140 5-star reviews) ESC have continued to work with Clicksit on an ongoing basis. As well as maintaining the app we are working on new features to keep improving it for merchants.
