Exclusive access to the hottest talent in art and design from around the world result in custom collections and exciting high profile collaborations.
The aim of collaborating with ESC to design and build a new Shopify Plus store was to propel Get It Inkd into the premium online market.
The product appeals to people who want an extra level of personalisation for a gift, or something that they want to show off to their friends or family. It was a design-heavy project, so our creative team set about creating a site with best-in-class practices from both a visual and performance point of view.
Such unique, vivid and personalised products needed a site that showed them off to their full potential. To realise this ambition, we integrated product design software to allow customers to fully personalise their products and see the results in real time before making the purchase.
We also designed different product page templates to cater for customisable and ‘clean’ (or non-custom) items.
A responsive cocktails area of the site is a hybrid of a collection page that features a quick view function so customers can quickly filter by brand, spirit and season to create their perfect drink, view recipes and easily buy the relevant spirit.
We created multiple blog templates to enable the client to design articles in different layouts and configurations to give the site a more dynamic feel. Multiple secondary navigations on different templates also give flexibility when the client needs to add new collection drops or products.
By creating flexibility within the collection layouts, a more dynamic user journey was born. Visitors can view collections by overview, collection by artist or a traditional collection with the products split into categories.
