Matt Cole is one of Eastside Co's longest-serving staff members, working between our Birmingham and London offices as our first employee in 2013 (and the first of 12 Matts that have followed in his footsteps at the agency since then).
He's been an invaluable team member through all those years. He's worked his way up through the agency, holding several roles including Web Developer and Client Development Manager, to his current role as Technical Architect, where he's responsible for making sure the agency's work is scoped out in meticulous detail for our clients including Absolute Collagen and Condor Cycles.
He's such a rock for the team, helping provide support and wisdom at every opportunity and coolly taking it all in his stride.
